The October 18 Holiday Programs are now open for registration. REGISTRATIONS FOR ALL ACTIVITIES CLOSE MONDAY 24 SEPTEMBER 2018

Xlent Disability Services has been operating holiday programs throughout the Adelaide region for the last 20 years.

As we transition into the new NDIS arena, we are launching some exciting day activities during the school holiday period, that are structured around learning new skills, social inclusion and community participation goals.

Day activities vary from low to medium physical ability, so please check with us in determining if a prospective participant is suited to a particular activity.

  • All Xlent program attendance requires online registration. If you feel that you may have difficulties with the online registration, our office staff are more than happy to help you through the process. Contact us and make a time to visit our office.
  • Participants may be registered for multiple programs
  • When registering a new participant for a program, you will have to create an account for yourself as the carer or guardian of the participant.
  • When checking out if you are NDIS or DCSI funded, you will only have to pay the activity portion of the program to complete registration.
  • When checking out, if you are Self funding you will have to pay the total fee to complete the registration.

  • There is NO pick up or drop of service provided for the Xlent holiday program. Instead Xlent has selected meeting points for participants in Salisbury, Glynde, Cheltenham and St Mary’s.
  • Any of the more recreational programs i.e. bushwalking; kayaking or camps are run in conjunction with Xlent’s sister company Wilderness Escape Outdoor Adventures. Wilderness Escape has been running quality outdoor education programs for schools and the whole of South Australia for the last 25 years.

Funding Types

  • Xlent can work with all types of NDIS funding: Self managed, Plan Managed or Agency Managed.
  • For anyone still transiting from DCSI funding, Xlent can provide paperwork for you to apply for a DCSI contract.
  • Where a participant doesn’t have any formal funding, Xlent also creates agreements for people self funding.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours or less notice of cancellation, 100% of the fare will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 24-78 hours, 75% of fare will be charged.
  • Cancellation prior to 78 hours, 50% of fare will be charged. In the event of a parent/caregiver collecting a participant from the program, full fare will be charged and no refund will be offered.
  • If either camp is cancelled due to lack of numbers we will attempt to offer you a place on some options of other programs.
