The first step in Xlent’s recruitment process is to make an appointment (1.5 hours) with a Disability Workforce Hub. These hubs are a State Government initiative that offers a free service for employers and people thinking about entering the disability field. Jobseekers will be assisted to develop individual career plans and be helped to fill identified vacancies within the sector.

The Disability Workforce Hub will conduct an assessment called the Harrison Assessment with you and then share the results with our organisation.
If this assessment shows that you are suited to the disability field and our organisation, we will send you an employment application form. Please complete this and attach your resume and three references for us to make contact with.
Upon the completion of a successful reference check, we will set up a short interview with you here at Xlent for final consideration of your employment application.
